During this session, clients relax on a comfortable massage table surrounded by soothing music and the aroma of restorative essential oils. As a master level reiki practitioner, I use light touch delivering universal healing energy promoting relaxation, stress reduction, pain relief, groundedness and intuitive awareness. Our session closes with a brief conversation sharing the experience and discussing individualized ways to support an ongoing alignment of mind, body and soul.

Using personalized shamanic, energy medicine, and coaching techniques, together, we identify emotional wounds, alleviate trauma-related energy blocks and connect with what your soul wants you to know.
